The Ultimate Supervisor & Applying The Fish Philosophy in Your Organization

A training titled “The Ultimate Supervisor” conducted by Career Track will be presented in Syracuse NY on May 2 and in Rochester on May 11. This is a one day training that focuses on skills to improve management performance. The fee is $129 per person or $119 per group of 5.

Also, TC3 has a workshop titled “Applying The Fish Philosophy in Your Organization” that focuses on techniques to build employee morale, retention, teamwork and decrease work related stress. The training was originally cancelled due to a lack of participants, but they are willing to conduct this workshop again if we can get at less 5 people to sign up for it.

Please follow the same training request procedures. For the TC3 workshop, please email me if you are interested in participating in the training. I will contact TC3 once we have 5 or more people sign-up.

This is a website that offers many free basic computer and Microsoft application trainings for new users. Some of the trainings that are more advance requires subscriptions, but many of the basics like Word or Excel are free.

SCIP ReCert Training Alert

Due to last week’s snow storm, the SCIP ReCert training has been moved to the 28th. Employees that are scheduled to take their TB test and SCIP that same day may request a short break from SCIP to complete their TB test. All employees scheduled for both, should not cancel SCIP over the TB test or vice-versa.
